Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. This policy describes the rules for refunds when you cancel a subscription or service on the Ubee AI platform.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you cancel your subscription within the first billing period (7 days), you may request a full refund provided that the Service has not been substantially used.
  • After the platform features have been activated and used, refunds for the current paid period are not provided.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account or by contacting support.
  • Refunds are not provided for fees paid for AI requests, message-channel usage or any usage-based features that have already been consumed.
  • If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may, at our discretion, provide service credits or a partial refund.

2. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the same card or account from which the payment was made. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a third-party account.

3. Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.
