Data Deletion Instructions — Ubee AI

If you want to delete your personal data from Ubee AI, you can do this in one of the following ways:

1. Email Request

Send an email to:

Subject: “Data Deletion Request”

Include in the email:

• Your full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Reason for deletion (optional)

We process deletion requests within 3–7 business days.

2. What Will Be Deleted

• Personal profile information
• Contact details
• Business and lead data
• Communication history
• Chatbot logs and analytics
• Uploaded documents

What may NOT be deleted:

• Financial transaction records required by law

Confirmation

Once your data is deleted, you will receive an email confirmation.
