Data Deletion Instructions — Ubee AI
Ubee AI respects your right to control your personal data. If you want to delete the personal data we store about you — including any data obtained when you connected your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp Business account — you can request deletion using one of the methods below.
1. Email Request
Send an email to:
Email: hello@ubee.kz
Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
Please include in the message:
- Your full name
- Phone number used in your Ubee AI account
- Email address used in your Ubee AI account
- If you connected via Meta: your Facebook Page ID, Instagram username or WhatsApp Business phone number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We process verified deletion requests within 3–7 business days and send an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
2. In-Product Deletion
If you are a registered Ubee AI user, you can also request deletion directly from your account: open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm the request. Your data will be queued for deletion and processed within 7 business days.
3. Revoking Meta Permissions
You can also revoke Ubee AI's access to your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp Business data at any time:
- Facebook / Instagram: open Settings → Apps and Websites, find "Ubee AI" and remove the app.
- WhatsApp Business: disconnect the WABA from the Meta Business Manager and contact us to delete the related stored data.
Revoking permissions automatically triggers a request to delete the data we received from Meta on your behalf.
4. What Will Be Deleted
- Personal profile information
- Contact details
- Business and lead data you created in Ubee AI
- Communication history (messages, threads, attachments)
- Chatbot logs and analytics linked to your account
- Uploaded documents and knowledge-base files
- Data received from Meta APIs in connection with your account
What may NOT be deleted:
- Financial and tax transaction records that we are legally required to retain
- Anonymized aggregated statistics that no longer identify you
- Information necessary to enforce our Terms or comply with legal obligations
5. Confirmation
Once your data is deleted, you will receive an email confirmation. If we cannot delete certain data due to legal obligations, we will tell you which categories must be retained and the legal basis for doing so.
