Payment Terms

The website ubee.kz provides online payment for subscriptions and services related to the use of the Ubee AI platform (AI chatbots, CRM and automation).

1. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Online payments via Kaspi.kz and other local payment systems
  • Bank transfer for annual or enterprise plans (on request)

2. Currency

All prices on the website are displayed in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) or US dollars (USD). Payment is charged in the currency selected at checkout.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose.
  • By providing a payment method you authorize automatic renewal of your subscription at the start of each billing period until cancellation.
  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or by contacting hello@ubee.kz.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days prior notice. New prices apply starting from the next billing period.

4. Payment Security

Online payments are processed via secure payment gateways certified to PCI DSS standards. All sensitive card data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted channels directly to our licensed payment provider. Ubee AI does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.

5. Payment Confirmation and Invoices

After a successful payment, the customer receives an electronic confirmation and immediate access to the corresponding platform features. Invoices and receipts are available in the account billing section and can also be requested by email.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
